Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Manhor Men’s Grooming. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Appointments & Cancellations
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
  • Failure to provide a above notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • Gift Vouchers: If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged, and the voucher may be forfeited.
  • Gift Voucher / Package bookings are encouraged to pay 50% deposit for additional security.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings. Manhor reseves that right to refuse future service for repeated no-shows.
  1. Arrival & Late Policy
  • We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.
  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened, or rescheduled, depending on availability.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged a cancellation fee.
  1. Gift Vouchers & Packages
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
  1. Payment & Deposits
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
  1. Pricing and Services
  • All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before any treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.
  • Hygiene and safety are our top priorities; we maintain strict sanitation protocols.
  1. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Services rendered are non-refundable.
  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and unused, with proof of purchase.
  1. Personal Belongings
  • Manhor is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
  1. Client Conduct
  • Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during their visit.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the service, and the client may be asked to leave the premises.
  1. Right to Refuse Service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or non-compliance with our policies.
  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • Manhor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  1. Personal Data and Privacy
  • We are committed to protecting your personal information.
  • Any personal data collected during your visit or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
